4 Commercial Electrical Projects

The Chattahoochee Valley has been home to our family-owned business for over 75 years. We are proud to be apart of this community. All the while understanding the responsibility and trust placed in Alexander Electric while providing high-level commercial electrical contracting services. We would like to highlight some of the commercial electrical projects our highly qualified team has completed in the past and look forward to the next 75 years protecting and powering the Columbus, Georgia area.

Synovus Data Center

Snovus Technology

Synovus is headquartered in Columbus, Georgia and operates 39 banks in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, South Carolina and Tennessee. It has 7,400 employees. Our extremely skilled team worked on the Synovus Data Center which is a Tier III data center consisting of 27,000 sq ft of new raised floor data center space, 17,500 sq ft of office space, and 8,400 sq ft of critical system support space.

Char-BroilⓇ

CharBroil Building

Alexander Electric Company and Char-Broil are a perfect working pair. Since 1948 Char-Broil® has been America’s favorite grill brand. Yet somehow, it feels like Char-Broil is still only getting started. This location is beautiful inside and out, making sure the American past time of barbequing continues for years to come. Thanks for allowing us to light things up for Charbroil®.

John B. Amos Cancer Center

Amos building

It was truly an honor to work on the John B. Amos Cancer Center. This location in Columbus, GA is the only oncology center in the region to offer a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary program accredited by the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons. It is the only cancer treatment center with this designation in the 14-county service area around Columbus, GA. Plus, an expansion and renovation project is currently underway at the cancer center, which doubles our capacity when completed.

Eagle & Phenix Mills

A large brick building with a water tower in front of it

In December of 2003, the mill property was repurchased by W. C. Bradley Co. As present owners, W.C. Bradley Co. is restoring the mills to as near their early 1900 condition as practical. With the end of the textile industry in the southern United States, this beautiful property has been given a new life and re-developed as a mixed-use residential and commercial community. This project showcases not only our commercial electrical talents but also our technician’s residential electrical skills.
